Your delivery roadmap

From a waiting task to a reviewable result.

This is how we structure your pilot—not a promise to complete every selected issue. The 14-day execution window starts after scope, access and custom setup are agreed.

01

Before the sprint · together

Select work and configure your project

Bring 30–100 candidate issues if available. Together we select around 10–20 suitable bugs, tests, migrations or maintenance tasks. Agree what counts as done, budget and stop conditions. We manually configure access, decision-makers and the approval order for your project; selected tasks are not a guaranteed completion count.

02

During the sprint · automation with oversight

Run changes, tests and verification

AI workers attempt the agreed tasks inside repository boundaries. Changes go through the agreed tests, review and quality gates. We record PRs or patches, validation evidence, compute cost and human intervention. If access, missing requirements or failed checks block progress, the blocked work and reasons remain in the report.

03

At handover · your decision

Review, accept and decide what comes next

Your team reviews each change and its evidence, accepts or rejects it, and retains final merge and production approval. The handover includes costs and unfinished attempts, not just successful PRs. If the pilot is useful, a further sprint can be scoped separately; it is not automatically included.

What remains explicit at every stage

  • Acceptance criteria and the person authorised to approve each task.
  • Setup, compute, payment treatment of unaccepted work and an agreed spending cap.
  • Tests, review evidence, failed attempts and human time—not just lines of code or agent runs.
  • Project-specific decision authority is always configured manually. No automatic production approval.

Custom integration

Automation does the work. People hold the authority.

The decision-maker and approval structure is configured manually for every project. We agree the rules with your team; the factory does not invent them. A human approves the final production promotion.

No performance, security, compliance, or financial outcome is guaranteed.
