California Privacy Notice

Effective September 12, 2026. This notice supplements the Privacy Policy for California residents and describes current practices for the preceding 12 months.

  1. Scope
  2. Categories and uses
  3. Sale, sharing and signals
  4. California rights
  5. Requests
  6. Retention and updates

1. Scope and responsible contact

This notice describes the practices of the operator of The Real AI Dark Factory website. It does not state that the operator meets the business thresholds that make every California Consumer Privacy Act obligation apply. The rights below are honored to the extent required if the CCPA applies to the relevant processing.

Questions and requests may be sent to bpall@mail.ru. We do not invent a legal entity or postal address that the site operator has not supplied.

2. Categories collected, sources and business purposes

Professional or employment-related informationCompany, role, workflow or business context only if included in an email or Calendly bookingDirectly from you; used to arrange a discussion or answer a professional inquiryMail providers, Calendly and people needed to respond

The site does not intentionally request sensitive personal information, payment details, account credentials, precise geolocation or the contents of a customer codebase. Analytics is active from the first page load unless a saved opt-out or Global Privacy Control blocks it. There is no web form, account or checkout on this website. Booking buttons open Calendly, a separate service where you can submit contact details and meeting information. Its privacy notice and cookie choices apply there.

3. No sale, no advertising sharing, and browser signals

The website does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica are used for website measurement, including Yandex Webvisor session replay, without configured advertising audiences or Google Signals.

Global Privacy Control disables both analytics scripts before loading. You can also use Analytics settings in any footer to opt out of future analytics in this browser. Already transmitted records are not recalled. Legacy Do Not Track is not implemented as a separate signal.

We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing personal information of consumers under 16, and this business-oriented site is not directed to children.

4. California privacy rights

If the CCPA applies, California residents may have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the sources, purposes and disclosure categories; the right to delete covered information; the right to correct inaccurate information; the right to opt out of sale or sharing; and the right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information.

Because this site does not sell, share, run targeted advertising or intentionally collect sensitive personal information, the related opt-out and limitation defaults are already protective. The right to non-discrimination means exercising a right will not result in unlawful discrimination. We will not deny a service, charge a different price or provide a different quality solely because a verified privacy right was exercised, except where the law permits a proportionate difference.

5. Making and verifying a request

Email bpall@mail.ru with “California privacy request” in the subject and state the right you wish to exercise. Describe the relevant website visit, booking or email interaction. We will use information already available, and request only proportionate additional details when needed to verify that the requester is the person concerned.

You may use an authorized agent. We may ask for evidence that the agent has authority to act and may verify your identity directly, as the law allows. We may deny or limit a request where an exemption applies, the identity cannot reasonably be verified, or the request concerns information we do not hold. We will explain the basis where required.

6. Retention, other California disclosures and updates

Retention follows the criteria in the Privacy Policy: technical logs are kept only as reasonably needed for delivery, diagnostics, security and abuse prevention; booking records and correspondence are kept while active and as needed for follow-up, records, disputes or legal obligations.

California's “Shine the Light” law concerns disclosure of certain customer information for third parties' direct-marketing purposes. This website does not disclose visitor personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing. The site's browser-signal disclosure appears above for purposes associated with the California Online Privacy Protection Act.

We may update this notice when practices or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised and a material change will be presented conspicuously before newly described collection begins where required.

This is a factual notice about the present site. It does not waive rights that apply under California law and does not make a legal eligibility or threshold determination.
