Terms of Use

Effective September 12, 2026. These terms govern use of the public informational website at therealaidarkfactory.online.

  1. Acceptance
  2. Website and project
  3. Demo requests
  4. Acceptable use
  5. Intellectual property
  6. Disclaimers
  7. Liability
  8. General terms

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use the site for an organization, you represent only that you are permitted to do so; browsing the site does not by itself create authority to bind that organization to a commercial agreement.

2. Informational website and product status

This is an informational website describing a control architecture and a public software project. Product descriptions, diagrams, milestone statements and examples are general information, not a warranty, audit opinion, security certification, compliance determination or promise that a future capability will ship.

The delivery status on the landing pages is intentionally limited: core trust controls are available; structured work intake is available in part; review and rollout controls are being integrated; advanced automation remains planned; and a human owns merge, release and production promotion. Repository state can change after the observation date.

3. Workflow fit review, demo request and communications

A workflow fit review or demo request is an invitation to discuss a possible workflow. A stated meeting duration or written fit summary describes the intended evaluation format, not a guarantee of suitability, implementation, availability or commercial terms. Booking a discussion or sending or receiving email does not create a contract, support obligation, partnership, agency, confidentiality duty, service-level commitment or purchase. Any commercial work, confidential review, deployment or support requires a separate agreement accepted by the relevant parties.

Do not include production secrets, credentials, personal data, regulated records or proprietary source code in an initial email or booking form. We may decline or stop correspondence at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You may browse and link to the public pages for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with availability or security, attempt unauthorized access, probe systems without permission, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, misuse contact details, or use the site in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

Reasonable indexing by search engines and accessibility tools is permitted. Automated traffic that degrades service, evades controls or attempts credential discovery is not permitted.

5. Intellectual property and open source

The website's original copy, visual presentation and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property law. No trademark license is granted by these terms. Fair reference, quotation and linking rights provided by law remain unaffected.

The Adaptive Grok Build Pro source repository is offered separately under its stated MIT License. The repository's MIT License governs that source code, not every element of this website and not any future commercial service. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

6. External links

The site links to external resources such as GitHub and Calendly, and opens your chosen email provider when requested. External links are provided for convenience. We do not control their availability, content, security, terms or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of every external statement.

7. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free availability. Technical and roadmap information may become outdated, and you should independently evaluate it before relying on it.

Nothing on the site is legal, security, compliance, financial or procurement advice. An architecture designed to support controls does not guarantee that a particular deployment satisfies an organization's obligations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use this informational site. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited only to the extent the applicable law permits.

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence.

9. Changes, termination and general terms

We may change, suspend or terminate access to any part of the site and may update these terms. Revised terms apply prospectively from the effective date shown here; where law requires additional notice or consent, that requirement controls.

If a provision is unenforceable, severability applies: the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful, and the affected provision is limited rather than expanded. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Nothing in these terms overrides mandatory consumer rights or other non-waivable protections.

No governing-law clause or exclusive forum is invented here because the operator has not published the legal domicile needed to make that clause responsible and useful. Applicable mandatory conflict-of-law and jurisdiction rules remain in effect.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms may be sent to bpall@mail.ru.
